This is a meaningless blog post

This is a meaningless blog post. This is a thing I’m writing for the sake of writing a thing. You shouldn’t even bother reading it.

This is a meaningless blog post. It’s not that I don’t have anything more substantive to write about. I do. It’s just that those things require more time, more thought, even research. I look forward to writing them, but not today. Today is too busy, so I will just type some stream of consciousness drivel until I feel too guilty and need to jump back into my to do list.

This is a meaningless blog post. I’m not sure why you are even bothering to read it. Don’t blame me if you are disappointed. You were warned.

This is a meaningless blog post, but this is not a meaningless moment. This is a break I made for myself between chores and errands and “real work.” Shh. I’m hiding.

This is a meaningless blog post. Some (many?) may argue that it shouldn’t be published at all. They may argue that trite ramblings are what are the problem with blogging. They may unsubscribe or unfollow. They may be right, but all I know is that when I hit publish it is a sign that I am still here. That I am writing. That I will be back.

This is a meaningless blog post, but my next one will not be. I hope you can forgive this indulgence. Now I must get back to being a responsible human. I may even shower.
