To misquote George R.R. Martin, “Fall is coming.” Although I love the beach and other warm weather activities of summer, from a fashion perspective I much prefer fall. I’m anxious to start wearing sweaters, tights, jackets, scarves, and BOOTS! I’ve been browsing Zappos (not sponsored just a fan) in search of a potential new pair of fall boots.
Picking boots can be a bit more challenging than it used to be. My forty-something year-old feet now prefer heels that are lower and chunkier than many of the boots I had 20 or even just 10 years ago, but I still want the boots to be sleek and stylish despite their lower profile.
